Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from The Garden. If any product on your order is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss substitutions or other solutions.

The Garden does not offer or issue any warranties on the products sold on our website. Customers must contact the manufacturer for any and all warranty issues in regards to the product they purchased.
