Return Policy
The Garden Return Policy
- We will gladly REFUND any item that was purchased at full retail price within 14 days of the date on the receipt/transaction.
- We will issue a return shipping label if there was an error on OUR SIDE OF THE TRANSACTION. If the product does not fit correctly or there is any other issue that was not our fault, then the buyer will be responsible for sending the product back to receive a refund.
- We will gladly issue STORE CREDIT for any item that was purchased at a discount (1%-19%) within 14 days of the date on the receipt.
- Any items that were purchased on sale/discounted (20% or more) are considered a FINAL SALE and are not refundable at any time.
- Any item returned must be in original box/packaging and must have all original tags intact. The item also must not be used or worn.
- Absolutely no returns or exchanges on used goggles, gloves, face masks and helmets.
- Defective merchandise is covered under warranty by the manufacturer and not by The Garden.
