The Garden offers live rate shipping. You get to pick what delivery options best suite you.
The actual delivery times may be subject to factors beyond our control such as the duration of your response to our request for additional credit card verification, adverse weather conditions, and other carrier delays. If you are still undecided about which shipping option is right for your order, please give us a call at 413-442-9088.

Calculating Shipping Rates

Current shipping rates for U.S. orders and corresponding delivery time estimates are determined in your online shopping cart, prior to checkout.  To find out what the shipping rate is for a particular purchase, just add your product(s) to the cart. To see a delivery date estimate for each shipping option, enter your zip code and click the Calculate button

Free Store Pickup

I you live in the area and would prefer to pick up in store, you are more than welcome to use this option.

When will my order ship?

All Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Items ordered together may ship separately. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping and handling charges. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from our stores.
Signatures are required for orders over $250, all first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses. All suspect orders are subject to verification- orders will be held until verified.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only residents in Massachusetts are required to pay sales tax until the first of 2019. At this time all states will have to pay tax on taxable items.

Changing or Canceling an Order

If after placing your order you realize that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately at 413-442-9088. There is no guarantee that when you call your order will still be in our processing department as it may have already gone out. We will do our best to help. We reserve the right to ship or not ship any product at any time for whatever reason!

Returns and Exchanges

You may return your unused product for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement. To request an exchange, please call us at 413-442-9088 or email [email protected] .To exchange your item for something else, it is best to return your item for a full refund and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out.
